All HypeVex logos, designs, graphics, and creative content are the property of HypeVex Clothing.

You may not reproduce or resell official designs without written permission.

Fan content is welcome, but must not misrepresent HypeVex as official merchandise.

Enforcement

HypeVex reserves the right to:

Remove members from Discord or community spaces.

Revoke Verified/Customer roles.

Cancel fraudulent orders.
